Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Please contact us for returns or if your merchandise was damaged in shipping.

Free Shipping is applied for continental US parts orders between $75 and $2000. Above $2000 typically requires larger boxes with an increased shipping charge.

International shipping and shipping on guitars are subject to change. If you have purchased a guitar off our website, or have an international order we may reach out to you with adjusted shipping rates.
